Exchange/Returns

• Only Defective / Damaged / Wrong products / Sizing issues received are eligible for exchange or Return
• Exchange/Returns are only allowed within 7 Days after the product delivery. Product must be unused and in original condition. It must be in the original packaging and all tags intact
• Chat us on Whatsapp +91 81860 99991 or write an email to hello@dspn.in with the details to initiate Exchange / Return. Please send us the Photo of the product for us to understand the problem.
• Once the Exchange/Return request is approved, We will initiate the reverse pickup.
• If reverse pickup is not available for your pin code, you can self-ship the package to us also. In case you ship the product share us the courier receipt so that we can dispatch the replaced order.
• Once we receive the product, 

In case of Exchange - We will send the new product 

In case of Refund - We will initiate the Refund to the original payment method. In case COD we will refund through UPI.
